Can I change when I take the exam?

How do I register and pay for the 2017 AP Exams?
You must register for each AP exam you intend to take. The deadline for registering and paying is March 20, 2017 at midnight, PST. Late Registration is possible until April 7th for an additional fee of $55 per exam. To place your order, click here.
You will register for your AP exams via this website for the full amount of all AP exams you plan to take. All students must complete the online form.
Payment can be submitted online with a credit or debit card (with a service fee) or mailed in. For accurate and timely processing of your order, do not submit registration forms to the MHS school staff.
Is there financial aid available for the 2017 AP exams?
All students at Morse High School qualify for financial aid on the AP exams per criteria set out by College Board. The fee reduction has already been factored into the registration process.
What if I have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 plan?
The College Board must approve any changes or modifications to the AP exam administration. Students with a current IEP or 504 Plan who wish to receive testing modifications must contact their case manager ASAP. We will work together to file the appropriate paperwork with College Board to allow testing modifications. Please note that College Board may take up to 4-6 weeks to grant approval for modifications. If you do not make the request to seek modifications in a timely manner, you may not get College Board approval.
What if I have two AP exams at the exact date and time?
College Board makes provisions for students who would like to register to take two exams that are scheduled at the EXACT date and time. Please see Mr. Wegener in the Counseling Office immediately to get information on late testing locations and information. You will not be assessed a $45 late fee for exams offered at the exact date and time. Students who have exams back to back (one in the morning and one in the afternoon on the same date) are NOT eligible for late testing.
What if I want to cancel my AP Exam?
Students who order and pay for an exam but decide to cancel by March 20 will receive a full refund. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the student’s name, the Morse High School name, and the name of the exam the student wishes to cancel. There is no exchanging or re-selling of exams. An unused exam fee will be retained for all exams cancelled between March 30 and April 30. Since the College Board fee for the unused exam is $15, you will be billed the fee difference of $10. NO refunds will offered after April 30. No shows on exam day will also be billed the $10 fee difference to cover the cost of the unused exam.
*YOU MUST BE DILIGENT IN MEETING ALL DEADLINES AND ADHERING TO ALL COLLEGE BOARD POLICIES REGARDING TESTING, OR YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR EXAMS!
